Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory peptide research products, all sales are final.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns of peptide research products once shipped. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory materials and the need to maintain integrity and chain of custody, all sales are considered final upon shipment.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- •Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- •Provide photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy
- •Include your order number and batch reference
Approved cases may qualify for replacement at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- •Account suspension
- •Refusal of future service
- •Recovery actions as permitted by law
We encourage customers to contact support before initiating disputes. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
